Gambling is not allowed at all in football, there is a World Wide ban and the FA and Gambling Commission have come down hard on this prank; it is against betting rules and apparently Wayne was 8-1 on achieiving this, something he knew nothing about. Was he breaking the integrity of taking bets on the novelty markets?
