On the day of the FA Women's Soccer League Final fixtures, Chelsea beat Reading 5-0 and have collected their medals, which they had to pick up themselves....no presentations! Shame...Chelsea skipper Magdelana Eriksson lifted the trophy alongside defensive partner Millie Bright, their team has lost only one match (out of 22) this season. Manchester City were runners up, 2 pts behind having lost only once, won 17 and drawn 4: Arsenal were 3rd 7pts behind the champions. Tottenham Women came 8th having won 5 and drawn 5 of their 22 games.
Chelsea have been winners 4 times, 2015, 2018, 2020 and RUp in 2014, 2016.AND on this day Spurs played Man City at Wembley and drew 1-1. The next game, the replay took place on May 14th, do you remember Ricardo Villa? our Argentinan migrants!
